The website provides information about HeartAGE screening programs, community events, sponsorship opportunities, cardiovascular risk communication, and planning estimates. Website content is for general educational and informational purposes.
2. Medical and emergency disclaimer
HeartAGE is a screening and educational risk-communication tool. It is not a medical diagnosis, diagnostic test, treatment recommendation, or substitute for the advice, examination, testing, or care of a qualified healthcare professional.
A HeartAGE result is an estimate based on the information collected and the risk equation used. It may not identify every condition or predict whether a particular person will experience a cardiovascular event. Results may be affected by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inapplicable information.
Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of website content or a HeartAGE result. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, abnormal measurements, medical concerns, or decisions about testing or treatment. 3. No professional relationship
Use of this website, submission of a quote request, or receipt of educational information does not create a physician-patient, clinician-patient, fiduciary, or other professional healthcare relationship with HeartAGE. Any clinical services provided by an independent healthcare professional are governed by that professional’s own duties and terms.
4. Screening programs
Actual employer and community screening programs may be subject to separate proposals, service agreements, eligibility criteria, event rules, privacy notices, authorizations, and participant consents. If those documents conflict with these website Terms regarding the screening service, the program-specific documents control.
Screening measurements, equations, eligibility, repeat-testing criteria, laboratory services, availability, and follow-up guidance may vary by population, program design, clinical appropriateness, applicable guidance, and law.
5. Employer and sponsor limitations
Employers, sponsors, and hosts are not entitled to an identifiable participant’s private results merely because they fund, arrange, or host a program. Reporting is generally limited to aggregate participation and population-level information, subject to applicable law, authorization, and contractual terms.
6. Estimates, pricing, and availability
Website calculators and displayed prices are planning tools only. They are not binding offers, guarantees, invoices, insurance determinations, or promises of savings. Final pricing and availability depend on confirmed participation, location, staffing, laboratory requirements, program design, prior results, and other event details. A binding commitment exists only when the parties sign an applicable written agreement.
7. Your responsibilities

- probe, scan, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass website security;
- introduce malware or collect information through unauthorized automated means;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation; or
- use HeartAGE content or branding in a way that implies an unauthorized endorsement.
9. Intellectual property
The website, branding, design, text, graphics, calculations, and other content are owned by or licensed to HeartAGE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. HeartAGE grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the website for lawful personal or internal business evaluation. No other rights are granted.

HeartAGE does not control third-party content and does not guarantee its availability, accuracy, or practices. Community calendar listings are supplied by participating organizations and are provided for informational purposes. HeartAGE does not independently guarantee an event’s accuracy, availability, accessibility, safety, quality, licensing, or fitness for any person. A listing does not constitute medical advice or HeartAGE’s endorsement of the organizer, venue, service, or claims.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” HeartAGE disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, and freedom from harmful components. 12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeartAGE and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages arising from reliance on website content. HeartAGE’s aggregate liability arising from use of the public website will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid HeartAGE specifically for use of the website during the preceding twelve months.
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Separate signed service agreements may establish different rights and remedies for paid screening services.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold HeartAGE harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submission of information without appropriate authority.

15. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
