How planning works

Make room for wellness.
We’ll work through the details.

Tell us about your site, shifts, and expected participation. We’ll confirm the services, staffing, setup, and preparation that fit the event.

Before the event
Confirm dates, screening scope, participant instructions, space requirements, and the paired community plan.
On screening day
Employees complete the agreed screening process and receive an explanation of their personal results.
After the event
Receive appropriate aggregate employer reporting, followed by a participation summary after the community event.

Package & pricing

Assessment first.
Appropriate testing next.

Start with the HeartAGE assessment. Discuss cholesterol testing and optional HbA1c for eligible participants. We quote the agreed clinical services and the paired community event together.

Request package pricing

What determines the price?

  • Expected workplace participation and event length
  • Screening measurements, cholesterol testing, and optional HbA1c
  • Your workplace location, shifts, and staffing needs
  • The agreed services and logistics for the community event

Your written proposal confirms the total price, any minimum booking requirements or travel charges, the scope of both events, and the community scheduling window. An inquiry does not commit you to a booking.

Respect for employee privacy

Personal results
belong in personal hands.

Individual private results are not included in the employer report. Aggregate reporting is scoped to the group size to help protect confidentiality.

We confirm the program’s information-handling arrangements before the event. Your team should use the proposal form for business planning details only.

Employer questions

Plan with confidence.

How does HeartAGE differ from a standard biometric panel?
HeartAGE combines screening measurements and relevant history into an estimated cardiovascular risk result and expresses it as a heart age. Employees receive context for their results and guidance about appropriate next steps. Screening measurements remain important; the risk estimate helps connect them.
Do we need cholesterol testing for every participant?
HeartAGE can use a BMI-based risk calculation when cholesterol is unavailable and a cholesterol-based calculation when suitable cholesterol results are available. The appropriate approach depends on the person, the model’s requirements, and the clinical screening plan. These versions can produce different estimates and should be identified in the report.
Can we include HbA1c?
Yes. HbA1c is an optional package addition for eligible participants. Your organization chooses whether to fund the service; clinical criteria and prior screening history guide who should receive it. Our proposal confirms the testing arrangements and follow-up pathway.
Does USPSTF recommend HeartAGE itself?
USPSTF recommendations support specific screening and preventive services for defined populations. They do not validate or endorse the HeartAGE brand. Our approach draws on established cardiovascular risk equations and relevant screening guidance. See the science page for the populations, evidence, and limits.
Should every employee repeat bloodwork every year?
Not automatically. Testing decisions should consider age, risk factors, previous results, the calculation method, and clinical circumstances. An annual workplace event does not mean every participant needs every laboratory test annually.
What does the employer receive?
Aggregate participation and workforce insights, with reporting appropriate to group size. Individual private screening results are not included in the employer report. Compare risk estimates over time using consistent methods and clearly identify changes in participants or calculation versions.
Is the community screening event still included?
Yes. The Workplace + Community package still includes one free community screening event through the HeartAGE Foundation in Greater Philadelphia, independent of employee participation numbers. The proposal confirms the scope and timing of both events.
